I wanted to create this page specifically for mortgage renewals. Personally I think this is as important of a time to get professional mortgage advice as when you purchase. Most people sign the renewal letter, most times the rate is not the best out there. It is always worth a 2nd look. Remember: at renewal there are no fees to leave your current lender. Your term is up, so you are not breaking your mortgage.
