Many people expect and interest hike to be devastating, when it is not as scary once it boils down to the numbers. Take a look at the difference for a $500,000 mortgage between a 2.54% rate and a 3.54% rate on a mortgage with 25 year amortization. The reason we do things in life is to improve our lives. Nobody wants to take on more pressure, unless they are committed to a worthwhile goal. Generally though, we want a better life. In my experience, a better quality of life does not arise without the element of risk being associated to it. Calculated risk. This is why I stress the point of knowing your options before hiring a Realtor to find your desired property. ... Know what your financial options are and what opportunities may be available at a later date if you cannot qualify now. Allow professionals to do the work that makes them proud to represent you. As a mortgage broker, I truly work thorough my customers because without them, I would not be able to continue working. You may find out that there is more ground you can cover by working with a team of experts rather than doing it all yourself. Choose your people. Grow your team. Hearing the phrase "if we would have known then what we know now" made me reflect on how often time seems to fly by, especially when work is repetitive and life seems to pick up the pace the more it advances. Immigration is difficult. Leaving family and friends behind and relocating is an arduous task. Some immigrants have built up some cash savings for when they arrive in Canada. But you know what? That money is spent so quickly upon arrival, that what was once hundreds of ...thousands (if they are so fortunate) of dollars becomes a few thousands. This leads to communal head scratching on where it was spent. The main difference between Canada and the European and Middle Eastern countries I have traveled to is the massive amount of marketing and advertising that is so easy to digest. For an immigrant, it is subconsciously overwhelming, due to their lack of exposure to this high volume. So instead of investing their money in a field as generous in returns as Real Estate, immigrants often spend it on cars, jewelery, expensive clothing, etc. thinking they now can raise their status because they live in a better country. How far is that from reality? And why does it happen? It happens because, like all humans experiencing novelty, we want to make the best of it. Immigration is similar in this regard. Moving to a new country first feels like a prolonged vacation, until you settle in and the bills start rolling in. A credit card here, a line of credit there and before you know it, the vicious debt cycle is hard to get out of. It feels daunting, heavy, and borderline impossible. I aim to solve this problem before it is created. This is why I stress informing yourselves. Taking the right action remains in your hands. For home ownership information and advice, contact me and share my content with people you know may derive some value in order to better their life in Canada, especially in such challenging times. I would appreciate it tenfold. #immigration #canada #newtocanada #newimmigrant #toronto #canada #canadianlife #realestate #mortgage #interestrates #workpermit #workvisa #studentvisa #permanentresident

Put this to use and watch your life change for the better. When it is cold and warmth is much needed, putting in extra work for the sake of improving your life and the life of others is worth the energy invested. Enjoy who you have in your life and make the most of your belongings because often we take for granted how good we have it. Be present. Stay informed.

Day 3 of 365 of year 2022, according to the Gregorian calendar. If we would not keep track of these days, it would be difficult to pinpoint events that occurred in the past. Do you remember specific days in your past? What makes them memorable?... That same energy can be replicated and increased if you allign yourself with whom you set out to be. Starting a new chapter is difficult. For many, it may feel like they are onto the next volume in the series of life events. Not all of us are lucky to continue. Many did not survive. The point is that "someday" never comes unless you bring it to you. So make today worthwhile by putting in work on things you genuinely want to do rather tham escaping from routine. Use this opportunity to build a new image of yourself and envision a brighter and warmer future. If you are having trouble getting started, reach out and let's get you to where you want to be. Stillness is often key to discovering what lies within, what seeps through our behaviour and finds its ways in our interactions with others. But even so, many of us often encounter the paradox of choice: if you chose one option, you cannot have the other. A choice must be made.... Inaction is costly. Little steps are how big things are done and often the finished product only looks big to someone who has not taken any steps towards a worthy ideal. Remember, most things seem impossible until they become true. Do not fail to act in your reach for a better life due to inaction. It becomes harder the more time passes by. Do it now. If you want to improve your life and lift yourself up to a new level of wealth, know it is possible. Don't know where to start? I'm here to talk. Contact me.

One of the biggest challenges people experience is breaking the force of habit. I get it. This happens because it is not easy to identify habits, sometimes. It's difficult. It's challenging. It's also temporary. It's also worth doing it in the long run. You've probably heard or read this before: will this matter in a year from now? Think about it.... Many of us either love improving our routine or do our best to stick to it without much daring and stepping into the unknown. And on the other hand, many of us do not want routine and want positive experiences to fall in our lap: more abundance, more warmth, more aliveness. From sales experience, I can tell you that your procrastination/stuckness has to do with a previous experience in which you suffered. Maybe a person you were close to disappointed you when you most trusted them. Maybe you were let down when you wanted to be picked up. So what? Move on. Forgive yourself and those around you and choose to grow from your ashes. Rise, even though you fall. This is how we learn. Nothing changes if nothing changes. To change your life for the better, it takes a huge amount of effort, but it's so worthwhile that once you will get to your desired destination, you will thank yourself for having decided to do it. In mortgages, many people hold back on not entering the market because they are scared of either investing a lump sum of money or missing out on other deals. Your life does change when you stop renting. A different mindset is required. Ask your friends and family how and whethet they enjoy it. You won't regret it. 2022 will not be as welcoming to Real Estate. Interest rates are on the rise. Do it now.

Canada lost jobs in December for the first time in 8 months and the Bank of Canada (BoC) may consider a microcut to the already historically low overnight rate of 0.25%. December numbers are showing an increased sales volume of 65% year-over-year. As volumes were pushed back this in 2020, this percentage is still high considering December is usually a slow month. This could be indicative of the high supply of condos on the market being met by eager investors ...willing to gain the most return on their investment. Sales activity is predicted to increase in spring of 2021 according to the Canadian Real Estate Association.
