Well it’s a Monday. And the day I made a goal to get back to exercising after about a month off to rest my lower back. Started with an hour yoga and then starte...d a new running program. I used to run up until a few years back when I overdid it and hurt my knee. But feeling stronger these days and completed day 1. This time of year always gets me into a bit of a funk. So what better way to fight back than to get out into the chilly weather and burn some calories. Honk and wave if you see me in the coming weeks out on the road. Have an awesome week everyone.
