My clients just purchased their first home together in the cutest town in BC. He is a contractor and is going to fix it up, they sent me the before pictures and I can't wait to see the after pics!! They sent me this picture and gave me permission to share. How could I not!? So excited to see what they do.

My clients invited me to their beautifully renovated patio to review and sign their mortgage documents. Of course I took the opportunity to get out of my basement office and interact with other adults!! I have the most amazing clients . I teamed up with @paula_fiteni_real_estate and @musclesandmommies this holiday season and adopted a family of five. We are bringing a bit of joy to this family, who have been suffering so much. If you're able to help in any way it would be very much appreciated! We have put together an Amazon wish list where you can purchase a gift and we will wrap it and put it under their tree. The parents wish list was only for food for their family. We would love to also collect gift cards to Walmart so we can buy them their Christmas dinner and also stock their fridge and pantry. Happy Thanksgiving!! I hope everyone have a chance to rest and relax and enjoy some quality time with loved ones. I took THREE whole days off and I'm feeling so refreshed, after this crazy real estate market it was a nice little break. I'm ready to get back to the grind tonight to prep for this busy week ahead. Every day I wake up with so much gratitude for this job of mine, which truly doesn't feel like a job at all - I absolutely LOVE what I do. Recently I had the privilege of helping my good friends buy their DREAM HOME and it meant the world to me to be a part of such a huge milestone in their life. I'm so thankful for my clients who trust me with their financing and for those who refer me to their friends and family .
