I am honoured and humbled to have been selected again to be a part of the Conference of the Stars for Mortgage Specialists in this pandemic year. 2020 is definitely a year that will never be forgotten. It has been a tumultuous and difficult year for everyone. It’s been a tough year but I learned a lot about myself and how to help my clients. I am grateful for that. I learned that for every challenge encountered there is opportunity and growth. I am blessed to call BMO my empl...oyer. BMO personifies teamwork, respect, motivation and greatness. Thank you to my MSVP (Carmen Patraconne) who encourages me to shine on a daily basis. Carmen is retiring on December 30th. It was wonderful working for you, your work truly made a lasting impact on myself and countless others. Congratulations on your retirement! It is with certainty that I can say without my two assistant; Lisa Luo and Pamela Rojas none of this would be possible. I would not be where I am today without their hard work and loyalty. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me achieve our goals and provide flawless service to our clients. Your hard work has not gone unnoticed. I am excited to put 2020 behind me. I will start 2021 committed to stellar service towards our BMO clients.
