Can we talk about this outstanding article by Adam Grant. He has so clearly articulate the reason why so many of us are feeling BLAAAAH now that we are more than a year into this pandemic. He calls this feeling "LANGUISHING" and defines is this way... "Languishing is a sense of stagnation and emptiness. It feels as if you’re muddling through your days, looking at your life through a foggy windshield."... He nailed it! Well, the truth is that building a high performing team involves many moving parts. ... So where should you start? Start by focusing on building high-trust relationships. Trust lies at the heart of any high-functioning, cohesive team.
