Heading west to Vancouver for our 11th annual ZoomerShow at the Vancouver Convention Centre. I'll be there over the weekend reinforcing our ZoomerTroopers because as we say, "the best way to keep going is to keep going"! Hope to see you for a friendly fist (or elbow) bump.

I've only just heard the news that our former Toronto Poet Laureate, CARP Advocate + member of the Advisory Board, ideacity speaker + avid attendee Pier Giorgio di Cicco passed away on December 22. We were pretty good pals. There was an earthy + musical side to him, and when I was able to track him down, it was easy to have fun in his collared company. Here we are at the dedication of MZ Way in December 2008 where he graciously gave his time to wax eloquent about Moi. Alas, Pier Giorgio will be dearly missed.
