Something wrong with these signs. First one doesn't say 'please'. Second one doesn't say 'sorry for not trusting you (and shouting)'

The most common refrain I hear when people come to me for help with conflicts is that they hate conflict and avoid it at all costs. Right there is a cause of conflict escalation.

When you're surrounded by hyaenas and you're running out of steam, remember that your coach is in YOUR corner.

And sometimes a good coach helps you make the most of it.
