Looking for families willing to be matched with a family in need during the holidays. No minimum donation required.. whatever your family can afford is more than appreciated. Does anyone have any extra school supplies to donate, a backpack/lunch box they don't use anymore, a paint smock, reusable water bottle, etc? There is a mother in need of school supplies for her son who just started kindergarten. Donations can be dropped off/sent by mail directly to the family in Lasalle, or dropped off in St-Lazare and I will deliver - whichever you prefer.

CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS! I have received quite a few donations of clothing and would need help sorting it by size and gender. Is anyone available to donate some time next week (the week of July 2nd)? I am in the Saddlebrook area of St-Lazare. Sorting sessions usually last about 2-3 hours, depending on how many volunteers come to help out. That being said, even if you can only give 1 hour, it's so very appreciated!!

An expectant mother is giving birth in the next week or two, and is currently looking for baby girl clothes, NB, 0-3 months. Does anyone have any to donate? Delivery can be either to Saddlebrook area in St-Lazare (my home) or to the expectant mother in NDG. There is also potentially a drop-off point in Kirkland. Thanks!

Looking for someone to trade a double stroller suitable for infant/child with a double stroller child/child. One was generously gifted to a mother in need last week, but she needs to have the ability to put a bucket seat for her infant in the stroller, which this one unfortunately does not have. Is anyone interested in trading with her? She's located in Lasalle, but pickup and delivery can be arranged if required.

**Edit: the family is also looking for a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations, if any has some to donate! Looking for help for a family who has had a very difficult year, culminating in the father’s very unexpected passing this November. The mother and youngest child are now living with a grandparent, while the other two children are living with the other set of grandparents, luckily just around the corner from each other in Lasalle. They are looking for clothes, toys, ...and books to help bring some light into these children’s lives for the holidays. If you are interested in donating, direct delivery can be arranged (to Lasalle) or you can drop items off at my home (St-Lazare) and I will arrange delivery to them. Details: All 3 children are bilingual English-French. 3.5 year old boy. Size 4T-5T, shoes size 6-7. Likes Paw Patrol and educational toys, puzzles. 7 year old girl. Size 8-10 pants, med tops, shoes size 13-1. Likes colouring, drawing, Minecraft. 9.5 year old boy. Size 10-12 pants, med tops, shoes size 1-2. Likes cars, dinosaurs, Minecraft. Mother, size L/XL (16), shoes size 9. Needs a gravity blanket, body pillow, DVDs, makeup, perfume. The family also needs a futon frame or bed frame that would fit a futon mattress.
