Yes it’s true! Sanitizing hands on entering the store is required, and we supply the sanitizer at the front desk. It is unscented and gentle. Masks are very appreciated while shopping, though not currently required*, though that could change in the future. At the moment we are allowing 1 customer at a time in the store, and that will change in the future. Please respect our current limit. We are also doing contactless scanning, so that there are less people touching your thi...ngs before you buy them. When you have your item(s), just place them on the red table in front of the cashier, and show the cashier the barcode so they can scan it for you. If you would like a bag, they will sanitize first before giving you a bag to use. If you are immunocompromised, please contact the store to discuss the accommodations we have in place for you. *Masks are required to be worn when using the Self Serve Dog Wash. Only 1 tub is available for use at the moment, please call ahead for availability to avoid disappointment. Shampoo & towels are available, but unfortunately not blowers.
