This is an important message regarding locker clean-out. Starting Wednesday, June 3rd, families will be receiving phone calls, informing of their student's assigned time to come to the school to clear their locker. For the health and safety of staff and students, families will be asked screening questions for COVID symptoms. The appointments will start June 8th. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for certain days/times, and students may only come at their ass...igned time. On the day of your assigned locker clean-out, please have your student bring: - a pen to sign in - a bag to carry your items home - any textbooks that are currently at home. Textbooks currently in lockers will be returned on the day of locker clean-out. - any musical instruments that have been rented through the school - any SEA equipment or loaned devices (graduating grade 12 students only) If you drive your student to school on the day of their clean-out, please wait in the car. Your student will be escorted to and from the school. Thank you for your cooperation.

This is the time of year when we sell yearbooks to students who did not purchase one at the start of the school year. As our number of yearbooks is limited, we would like to offer the grade 12 students the opportunity to be the first to purchase a yearbook, if you haven't already done so. If you are interested, please purchase your yearbook through School Cash Online between Tuesday June 2nd and Thursday June 4th. The cost of the yearbook is $45.00. After June 4th, the yearbook will be open to the rest of the school population. All yearbooks will be distributed before the end of the school year.

In response to the COVID-19 Ontario public school closure, and following suit with many companies in Ontario, Edge Imaging is putting a plan in place to prioritize and safeguard the health and safety of our valued staff, school partners, and customers. In line with best practices, effective Monday, March 16, Edge will reduce to essential staff. Photo Orders: Customer orders will continue to be fulfilled, however there may be slight delays due to the reduction in staff. Order...s that were meant to be delivered to our school will still be sent once we’re back open. Orders that are meant to be shipped directly to your home are still being sent but you should expect a delay of at least two weeks given the reduction of staff. Please contact Edge Imaging directly with any questions through their phone line (1-888-416-3343) or email ([email protected]); the more details you provide full name, portrait codes, school codes, and student number the more efficiently Edge will be able to assist you.
