Do you find that you say sorry a lot? Is it just a Canadian thing? Okay, maybe we do say sorry more than others; at the very least, we’re known for it. But when does it become too much? Here a few instances where you need to STOP saying sorry: 1. For setting boundaries-it’s okay to say no... 2. For showing your emotions-your feelings are valid 3. For what you choose to do with your time-after all, it’s your time 4. When you’re standing up for yourself-we don’t ever need to apologize for this! 5. For not being perfect-what is perfect anyway?
This image is both beautiful and heartwarming. Not just because of the adorable penguins and stunning skyline, rather the connection and support we can find in honouring our grief with others.
This is such a wonderful idea Supporting the empowerment and dignity of those who may have experienced a shift in the ways in which they are used to doing things (due to aging, injury, physical health issues etc.) can positively impact confidence, self-esteem and overall mental health.
