New guidelines are in effect as of Monday November 16th for our group fitness classes. As per government mandate, we will have a maximum of 8 people per class spaced according to guidelines, first come first serve. Yoga classes will remain at our current capacity of 12-13 depending on the studio size at each location, with current spacing guidelines still in effect. Once the stickers on the floor are full, the yoga class is full.
