It may take a long while to get to where you want to be but you'll get there free you work for it! If you want something bad enough you have to push for it! You have to always keep reminding yourself to get back up when you fall down and to never give up. I will never give up and I know that because I never have given up. When things have gotten hard, I've always thought of the most important things in my life which is family, friends and self love. Be true to yourself and push yourself beyond your comfort zone! You can do it as long as you have confidence in yourself! Trust me! I never thought I'd ever look like this again after having a baby about 8 months ago. But I'm working and I'm pushing myself beyond my limits because that's what it takes! Never stop trying!
It's never a bad idea to do a little yoga instead of an actual workout for your workout! Sometimes it's nice to take a day to stretch out your body and let it relax a bit more then usual because no one wants to over do themselves!! Hey guys! These are Five Easy Exercises to Get Rid of "Muffin Top" that I think you would all enjoy! You don't even have to leave your living room! Do these with as little rest as possible! The High Plank: -lay on the floor in push up position -raise yourself to plank position... -repeat 10 times The Lunge Reach: -lung forward, reaching your hands overhead -push off with your forward leg, returning to a standing position -repeat 16 times, alternating legs The HANDS-UP Hop: -step forward with your left foot, raising your right knee -hop straight up on your left leg, extending your arms overhead -land with your feet together, hands on your hips -repeat 20 times alternating sides The Squat Jump: -squat then jump straight up -repeat 12 times The Lunge Jump: -stand in a lung position with your arms overhead -jump straight up switching your legs in midair -land in opposite lung -repeat 11 times for each side GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!! xx Jade
