Happy Mother’s Day to all you moms that ride. To moms to be. To stepmoms. To adopted moms. To foster moms. ... To moms that want to be moms. To moms that were moms. To moms that can’t be moms. To the aunts and friends and neighbours who are moms. To dads that are moms. Whatever mom looks like in your life, here’s to them! COVID has proven pretty difficult for moms as we’ve been unequally impacted by this she-session. I was fortunate to be able to participate on a panel with Minister Jim Carr to give feedback on the new Child Care budget proposed by the Liberals. Hopefully enacting this kind of change can put us a step in the right direction. For now we say thanks and celebrate moms!

It sure is great to see the weather getting better; better for riding and hanging outside. With the new restrictions you have to get your coffee to go but that’s ok, we just want to hang outside with our bikes anyway. Inside the cafe: we’re keeping it to 1 person at a time. ... Outside we ask that you self-monitor - the new restrictions call for a Max of 5 people outside. Don’t be offended if we ask you to continue on with your ride. Stay Safe and Stay Rad!

Today is international female ride day. To me this feels like déjà vu. Last year on this day we were all new to this isolating thing. Now we’re all, unfortunately, old pros. If you’ve been to our garage, you’ve seen this piece by our bad ass lady friend @desirae201. Not only is she a dirt bike rider/ general adventurer but also an artist and creator/builder of small, super cozy spaces! We hang her piece in our garage everyday to inspire, motivate, and remind us that riding is about so much more than just the bike, or the road, but the people and the cameraderie. Cold brew is 2 for one today with sunny skies and temps in the 20s!! Happy Earth Day We’re fortunate to be surrounded by some beautiful sights; sandy beaches, boreal forests, lakes, rivers, agricultural lands, marshes and traditional lands. With this privilege, we also have the responsibility to protect all that we love so future generations have the same opportunity. ... Whether it’s keeping that old bike going instead of buying a new one, or moving towards more fuel efficiency , or going full electric (like this Sur-Ron). Everyone’s small changes can lead to big results. We’re excited to watch the electric technology grow and make its way into everyday life. Like most of you, we’re taking each day at a time and trying to see what the future looks like and what can we do for our community. We’re still optimistic that we will get back to some resemblance of what our dream community moto garage looks like in the future. For now we need to keep our community safe.... Open - with a few changes Wed-Fri 12-8PM Sat & Sun 10-6PM Cafe - Take-out only Retail & Parts - Online 24/7 with curbside pick-up available Garage - Members only, by appointment only. One member at a time with space between for sanitizing Out of an abundance of care, we had already been operating at 25% occupancy and have been take-out only for a while now. Sanitizer is just about everywhere, non-medical masks available as soon as you walk-in (if you don’t have). Now is the time to order those parts, and wait for them to come in, because we all know the Postal Services will be overwhelmed in just a couple of weeks. We offer curbside pick-up, free delivery within Winnipeg and across Canada (orders over $100). We thank all of you that supported us, all of you locally, nationally, and internationally, since this started and those that continue to support us.
