Another successful Motorcycle training season! We held our annual Instructors meeting last weekend and recognized all of our Motorcycle Instructors for the amazing job that they do. We presented some Instructors with awards for their achievements in this 2019 season.

Courses start next weekend! Our Instructors have been getting their annual refresher training done. All of our Instructors are highly skilled professionals. It is with great sadness we share the passing of one of our highly respected Fredericton Motorcycle Chief Instructors, Jim Piercy. Jim had been an Instructor with our Motorcycle Safety Program for 18 years and had taught over 70 courses. We at Safety Services New Brunswick are immensely grateful to Jim for his service to the Motorcycle Safety Program. It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we share the passing of our Saint John Motorcycle Site Chief Instructor, Scott Robertson. Since joining our Saint John team in 1997, Scotts dedication and his passion to our Motorcycle Safety program have made an enormous impact on this province. In 2017 Scott reached the highly regarded milestone of having taught 200 courses; the 2nd instructor to achieve this in the 40+ year history of the program in New Brunswick. Scotts outgoin...g spirit and enthusiasm for motorcycle safety will be greatly remembered by all those who had the privilege to meet him. We at Safety Services New Brunswick send our deepest condolences to Scotts family, his wife Joanne, and children, Dylan and Kaela, whove played an integral role with him in Saint John; as well as to his friends, and the Saint John Instructing team.
