Whether this be on or off of surfaces, stationary jumping in the air, jumping in a 360 fashion, or jumping between distances, their calf strength and squat mechanics should be honed by this point. - A lot of these skills are development outdoors on playgrounds or simply by watching their peers moving around in a school environment.
