Limit of the L5P stock long block?? We know that it isn’t below 910 RWHP! Check out the video of WCFab’s truck doing 910 RWHP / 1834 ft. Lbs. This truck is currently equipped with: - WCFab S400 install kit - S472 SXE - 100% Over Exergy Injectors... - 12 MM Exergy CP3 Injection Pump - Built Transmission from WC Fab - Motor Ops ECM and TCM We are incredibly impressed with the L5P platform and it’s ability to efficiently make BIG power. Here are some of the nitty gritty details: - This power was made on a mild tune, we didn’t push the truck further because air was getting thin on the 472 and the stock lift pump was flirting with single digit pressure. - The 472SXE made 55 PSI boost, and had 78 PSI of drive pressure at 3300 RPM. - The Stock injection pump and stock lift pump coupled with the 100% over injectors and S472 made 770 RWHP; this makes the L5P injection pump power potential equivalent to a 10 MM CP3 in earlier year Duramax Trucks. - With a stock lift pump and a 12 MM CP3 we started to see the stock lift pump tapering around 830 RWHP; for those planning to make power above 800 RWHP we recommend you do a 12 MM CP3 and a lift pump.
