At our PAC meeting last week, the executive for 2020-2021 was elected. Introducing Mandy McLean as President, Loree Campbell as Vice-President, Carie Helm as Treasurer and Mike Elkoussy as Secretary. We would like to extend our most sincere thanks to outgoing PAC President, Nancy Forrister, for her energy and commitment to making our MTP community safe, inclusive and fun for all. Mark your calendars for Sunday January 5 to bring your trees to Kingsgate Mall upper parking lot. Trees are chipped by donation and all funds raised go to support purchasing new jerseys and portable signage for Mount Pleasant Elementary sports teams.

Reflector Fundraiser! Don't forget that your reflector order is due this Friday (November 29th). You can pay via cheque (made out to Mt Pleasant Elementary PAC) or bring cash, along with the order form, to the office and we'll take it from there :)

Thanks to everyone that came out and supported MTP movie night last Friday! It was a huge success, the kids had a blast and we raised just over $1,000. It couldn't have happened without all our amazing parent volunteers who volunteered their time & their amazing baking skills - so a big heartfelt thank you from the PAC.

We are so grateful to the Mount Pleasant BIA, Kingsgate Mall, Collingwood Community Policing Centre and Arbutus Tree Service for supporting our Tree Chipping event on Sunday, January 6. Thank you to all of our volunteers and to the community for bringing their trees to be chipped and donating so generously.
