3" thick larch with custom c channel and box tube base and a very cool 1/4" thick metal in lay. Estimating this at over 500lbs of the coolest contemporary dining room table ever. The tapered lines make it soft and practical for the room ready to host literally generations of family meals. Nothing is as warm and WOW as copper. I love working with Copper, its still unique and extremely cool. This hood vent was a great focus and extremely practical.
