Hey folks, Shadow says T minus 1 hour until the website opens! We've had to change a couple things due to the current situation and our new life up in Whitehorse, so here's what's new: - The website! I have updated the website and I hope the fresh new look is an improvement! I have also ironed out some issues with tech support, so those using Safari should no longer have issues with adding items to cart - In order to limit our trips to the post office, we can no longer o...ffer free shipping on standard collars. The postage for lettermail can only be purchased at the post office and cannot be done online like most postage. So to make up for it, we are offering free tracked shipping for orders in Canada and USA that are $100 or more - We are not able to offer tags right now, my partner who usually makes them is out of town, but we will update you when they are available again - Orders will be completed in the order they are received. I cannot accurately predict the total volume of orders we will get in the next few days, but I will keep you posted on processing time. Processing time may take as little as a few days or as long as 3 weeks depending on the volume of orders. - Multi leashes are unavailable at this time. They are incredibly time intensive to make and since I will experience a surge of orders and wholesale orders this week, for my own sanity I do not have the time to make multi leashes right now.
