We are accepting resumes for our Service Deparment! This is a fast paced job, working with customers on getting their units scheduled in for service, working with the mechanics to ensure jobs are going smoothly and also working with the parts department to make sure all parts are ordered for jobs. The Service Department is responsible for;... - Scheduling customer units in for service - Scheduling shop units in to be built or serviced. - Communicating updates on unit with customers frequently. - Scheduling mechanics with jobs for every work day - Pricing out repair jobs and quoting customers - Speaking with customers on the phone about problems they may be having with their unit - Be able to help warranty staff with warranty claims on units. Experience in service writing is an asset but we are willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for someone who loves the industry and loves being at work each and every day. We are looking for someone who absolutely loves the powersports industry and has a passion for quadding, sledding, dirtbiking etc. As a parts representative you would be responsible for;... - Speaking with customers about the parts, accessories, apparel they need. (OEM & After Market) - Ordering parts, accessories and apparel for customers. - Ordering parts and accessories for the store as stock when needed. - Receiving orders within the system when they arrive at the store, whether they are for stock or special orders. - Ensuring all shelves and product are organized and clean. - Keeping up with Polaris and Yamaha booking programs, and understanding rebate programs that benefit customers. - Working with both the Service & Sales departments to ensure all parts/accessories they need are taken care of. The perfect candidate for the job has experience within the powersports industry, but experience is not mandatory as long as you are passionate and want to keep learning. We are looking for someone who is wanting a long term position and has the drive to keep learning when a customer asks about something you may not know about. We are not looking to fill the position immediately, but are looking to find the right person for the job.
