Attended a webinar this afternoon. It was titled, Being the Boss: The 3 Imperatives of Leadership. The facilitator was author and Harvard Business School Faculty, Linda Hill. (Excellent session btw!) She talked about how employees at all levels are expected to be not only a value creator but also a game changer in the work world today. And that leadership can support the move from shoulds to coulds when/if that leader is intentional about ensuring they are managing all... three imperatives in their own role. (Managing self, managing network, and managing team) We are all leaders in our own lives on some level so here is a question for each of us to answer for ourselves: How do people experience you? Leadership is about an emotional connection. - Linda Hill
