Organic Sifted Hard White Wheat + Organic Whole Spelt + Organic Whole Durum. Add 90% Water, salt, Yeast, Extra Virging Olive Oil. Mix then Cold ferment for 48 hrs,,, shape then proof for 2 hours then bake at 500F. Result. YUMMY FOCACCIA!... Oh i forgot.. a sprinkle of Rosemary and rock salt with a generous topping of EVOO then bake..
