Mount Allison Mounties Field Lacrosse

Today the Mounties finished up their regular season with a 12-5 loss vs Dal. A last minute change to the Landsdowne field made things interesting (and muddy). First career goals were scored by Calem MacDonald and Jun Hong!... The Mounties are back on the field in two weeks for playoffs in Halifax. #mountiepride

This weekend the Mounties faced-off against UPEI in their first ever MUFLL exhibition game, coming away with a positive experience and a 10-3 win! Today, the Mountie were up early for a morning game against Dal in Halifax. Going to the 4th quarter down 15, the boys battled hard and left Halifax with a pair of goals and a final score of 18-2. Next weekend the Mounties host Dal to complete their regular season in Sackville, Sunday at 2pm!

Tonight the Mounties are on the road in Fredericton to Face-off against UNB Reds Lacrosse, 7pm start time! The battle of New Brunswick shifts to Fredericton for this week's game, but both teams are currently on track to also meet in the playoffs come November!

The Mounties come back to new Brunsiwck after a couple of losses this weekend in Halifax and Antigonish. Saint Mary's jumped ahead early and never let up on Saturday, finishing with a 16-2 victory over the Mounties. STFX did much the same Sunday, jumping ahead despite the Mounties effort. The game finished up 16-5, with a better second half showing from MTA. All MUFLL teams are off for the Thanksgiving weekend, and the Mounties are back in action vs UNB on the 12th of October!
