The first bite took me back to the early 2000’s to Classic Restaurant in Mumbai, with my school friends enjoying the Classic pav bhaji. I remember how sometimes we would skip classes and go to Classic for what we thought was the worlds best pav bhaji. Now when I look back I can say for sure those moments spent with my friends were probably one of the best moments of my life and will always be... close to my heart #memoriesforlife. Pav bhaji is a very famous indian street food made of thick vegetable gravy served with a soft bread roll. The vegatables are mashed to form a thick gravy, pan fried in a large vessel and served hot. The generous dose of butter that is often used with freshly cut onions and a drop of lemon juice to top the dish. #mumbaistreetfood
