A nice email from a happy customer. I am writing to say thank you. About two months ago your fellas came and moved my mom out of her house, and into a seniors residence. They were amazing. They knew their stuff, and were very respectful of this transition for my mother. Even my hard to please 83-year-old mom was impressed. Their attention to detail, they're calm demeanor and punctuality were all noted. ... Today, I needed some big stuff moved. Stuff I just couldn't move myself. I had heard through Anne DeLaney that the fellas would be in the area (I live in the Comox Valley) and asked if they would help me out. I couldn't have it done sooner by a local company but I knew I wouldn't get the same kind of service. This was a hard move, because it was all the big stuff. Nothing light & nothing easy. The guys worked hard without complaint, showing the same kind of professionalism I had learned I could expect. I was truly grateful for the extras, like hooking up the washer and dryer, which normally is a show stopper with other movers. I would use your company again in a heartbeat. And I would recommend strongly to others. Your professionalism, your courtesy, and general disposition were very appreciated. Sincerely
