Hip hop is not only dance but also MC, DJ, Graffiti, music (beatbox) and fashion. So Hip hop is a culture. This culture was created by African Americans in the Bronx, New York City in 1970s. I met Hip-hop when I was a teen. When I was a teen I was struggling in my life, but I met Hip Hop and it has saved me many times. ... I danced around the world to know why dance was born, why people dance and who I am. I made black friends all over the world. This culture saved not only me, but countless other people over generations through hip hop, jazz, soul, R&B and rock etc. As someone saved by hip hop, it is important for me to acknowledge the realities of racism against black people and say clearly that black lives matter. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YpQoXs5vx-M
