Part of a dementia friendly-community is inclusion in arts and recreation. In Meaford we have many great opportunities for individuals from card clubs, exercise groups, theatre group, galleries... Meaford Museum has the Living Memories Program and Movement for Life has Move Free Dance sessions. Movement for Life next Dance It Out Sessions starts Tuesday June 4 the at 9 am and Monday June 10 at 9 am. What is Dance It Out? DIO is a 60 minute total body fitness based dance workout that includes all styles of dance The workout incorporates cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility and is paced so anyone can participate All classes are Accessible... Who should take this class?
