HI EVERYONE! JOSH HERE AND HAPPY FRIDAY :) Do you believe everything happens for a reason? Most peoples lives have changed a bit the last few weeks, but what about your happiness?... Over the last 10+ years studying & practicing the physical side of health Ive really taken notice of its VERY powerful gateway to the awareness and understanding of our mental health. Isolation happened and a big piece of our health pie was changed for most of us. Physical movement and human connection. But what about your mental health? Well, Step #1 - I truly believe everything happens for a reason!! Step #2 - Im a strong believer in always setting goals. Small ones & Bigs ones. Soooo one of my small goals while in isolation was to read/study daily. Ive enrolled in online courses, seminars, TED talks and books over the last few months all in respect to the science of well-being & mental health. (some of which im still completing the certifications) Because one of my BIG goals and visions for Newfoundland and Movement One - Fitness & Wellness Centre is connecting our community together offering an array of health options. More private courses, seminars and hands on experiences that not only educates physical health, but the science of well-being & mental health. Everyone deserves the knowledge and tools that ultimately make us HAPPY STRONG & HEALTHY During incredibly hard times, always look for the silver lining. I am more optimistic about the future than ever. Soo lifes changed a little bit. But what about your happiness?
