Having a space that YOU enjoy can be very helpful when it comes to preparing food. . Now let me tell YOU something...... YOU must make this space YOUR own. I chat with different people about not liking cooking or the kitchen. The thing is we have to eat and YOU have to have some form of a kitchen to do that. ... Being in a space YOU can be comfomratbel in and enjoy will make all the difference in preparing food. Look at YOUR space where YOU prepare food. What do YOU like about it? What would make it more enjoyable for YOU? (now do that) . The thing is don't think about that kitchen on that show you watched or in that magazine YOU saw. Think about the space YOU have and how YOU can make it YOUR own. When we have a space that we can enjoy.....the creativity can flow. Movement Monday here we go again. . Movement I like to think of as stairs sometimes your on the up and up it feels good, your legs are talking to you and you feel like your achieving what you have set out to do. . Sometimes its the opposite and your going down and you just don't have the drive and that's OK! You eventually get to the bottom and get to go right back up. ... . The choice is always YOUR's and when I am struggling with the down and the going back up. I take the time to come back to my body and remember what movement does for the body: Builds strength and endurance Mental health gets those hormones flowing in a positive way (like a free happy pill) Helps with digestion Improves sleep Increases YOUR life's longevity Detoxifies the body (hello sweat it out) Helps improve functional mobility Increases YOUR energy levels Stress and anxiety relief . I get adding something in to your schedule that YOU may feel is already busy can be a lot. The idea of meal prep can seem like a lot at the time but once this habit is dialled in YOU are set, I can assure YOU of that! . A great way to start is by writing down what meal YOU would like to start with. Choosing recipes that appeal to YOU and starting with that one meal consistently!
