Happy Friday team!! Let me just say, this week has been AWESOME! Classes are back in the studio but you guys are showing up! Wether it be online or in person, your energy and excitement to be back at it is infectious!! And MAN have we been sore!! Just a friendly reminder to avoid be charged, unregister for in studio class if you are unable to attend. Remember if a class is full, go on the wait list! You will often get into your desired class.......and if not, our amazing online system allows you to feel like you are right in the room with us!! One last thing!!! Friendly reminder to wear your mask to the studio, bring your own mat and stuff and you MUST pre register for classes. Online MOVErs......don't forget to make sure that you signed up for the ONLINE classes. You don't want to miss your link. Also, sadly we can only fit 8 MOVEers in the studio at one time so....if you register for a in studio class and don't show, you will be charged. I wish all of you MOVERs just the happiest of holidays! 2020 is almost done so let's end it with some celebration!! Lets celebrate our ability to persevere, find joy when its difficult to see the light and stay strong for those that need it...... This has been the toughest year and I know that I would not have made it through without you team......so im gonna celebrate you! Ok team. Real talk here.....coming at ya.....straight from the ole heart. I just want to say thank you Things have been hard since this whole thing went down. Like, crazy hard right!?!?! Seeing businesses close, people loosing jobs and whole darned careers for that matter. Families are struggling, PEOPLE are struggling and well, you all know whats going on, I don't need to tell you. I can speak from where I'm sitting and omg is it ever hard to keep a small business afloat... right now. Really really hard. I just want to say thank you.
