Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) is a technique that uses instruments made of stainless steel with bevelled edges that can conform to different anatomical regions. It can allow for a deep release of skin, muscle, myofascia and tendon. My weekend is going to be dedicated to learning how to use these tools thanks to the @rocktapecanada course.
