Has Carpal Tunnel invaded your life? And in what way? For myself as a computer guy for the last 20 years I had the "mild" version of it in that my fingers would get tingly and numb sometimes but I was able to shake it or stretch it out. But for some of our clients it gets to the point where they are forced to take pain killers regularly, take steroid shots, wear braces at night, or even seek out surgery to try and reduce the problem (which has mixed results if it works or no...t). I got Pfizer'd yesterday. Kudos to the wonderful people at the Sonora Centre in Osoyoos that donated their time and energy to coordinating this effort! One of the volunteers I had a great conversation with mentioned that some of the volunteers were from the Desert Valley Hospice Society. As for outcomes from the shot, right after it I had some minor numbness in my arm and shoulder but other than that I feel pretty good today. Update 1: I got an ABM session from my gorgeous, loving, caring, amazing lovely ABM practitioner wife Leanne Scott this aft! She gave me a shorter (like 20 min) ABM session yesterday after the shot which reduced the initial symptoms and the session this aft was amazing! Thx Love!! Now its nappy nappy time for Dale lol:) Update 2: Feeling pretty good today (2 days after shot) too! Numbness/soreness all gone

Kozo Sushi!! Yum yum

Hi everyone! MOVE Therapies here! (And parents to a sweet little boy named Callum -who has special-needs ) So we just wanted to let you know of a lovely piece of equipment that we have found that is a bit of a hack for coverage for going out for a rainy day for a little one in a wheelchair!... We had a very rare rainy day here in Osoyoos yesterday but we still wanted to go for a walk because it was actually quite warm. Especially for the last day of January! Along time ago we looked into a canopy of sorts for for our son Callum‘s wheelchair For rain but also to keep the hot sun off of him. And we found that if you got one of these canopies from a special-needs page they were incredibly expensive! So we ended up purchasing a Child’s Lawnchair with a Canopy from a local store and detaching the canopy and using that for our wheelchair! The third picture shows the name of the canopy - so maybe you could hack this idea yourself?!? Came in with a walker and left WITHOUT it! Myrna had a stroke in July 2020 and has had massive improvements since coming to see us. She is now part of our Group Classes and is continuing to improve each day. Yesterday as she left, she was able to easily and carefully step off the sidewalk curb to the street and into her daughters car with safety, ease, and comfort - Leanne and I are both so proud of her new STEP into LIFE! ...
