Do you hear your intuition? This morning my intuition told me I needed some Lemon Joy In my diffuser before doing yoga! ... I've been learning to listen and lean into my intuition more and more and when I do life seems to feel more joyful and magical! It's taken me a long time to really listen and respond to those inner thoughts but I'm so glad I'm listening now! How do you hear your intuition? For me it's words or ideas. For example, right before I was about to press play on a yoga video, I heard the word "Ylang Ylang" pop into my head. I thought, yes, it would be great to have my diffuser on while I do yoga. When I went to find the oil on my shelf, the first one I saw was Joy which contains ylang ylang! Then I heard the word "Lemon" and thought, yes, they would be fabulous together! Now I'm feeling more joyful and am even more excited to do my yoga! When I listen to my intuition I get exactly what I need at exactly the right time Do you hear and act on your intuition? I'd love to know

We went Whitewater Rafting, camped along a river and hiked to a beautiful waterfall in Golden, BC!! I feel so grateful to live in such a beautiful place with opportunities for amazing adventures all around us! ...
