2021 here I come. 2020 thanks for the gifts. We braved the cold to truly know the warmth. Yup! ... I am ready for a new year, and my heart is open. If we can do one thing this whole year, let’s keep our hearts wide open. Not everyone is going to think like us, to believe what we believe. But somewhere in this is the gift of acceptance. We may not see each other’s full face but we see each other’s eyes. They say the eyes are the windows to the soul. So why not look into another’s soul? We are all living the same dream, and navigating a world that is new to us all. Have patience. Acceptance. Open your heart. Look into another’s eyes. And then last, but not least.
