For our clients present and future that are in need of renting out a unit as well, some small but needed changes. We will be doing heavier screening on potential tenants PRIOR to any in person meetings. Pre-screening to included full credit & reference reviews as w...ell as proof of income. This is for the safety of ourselves, the tenants in properties currently and of course, the general public. We believe this to be a necessary precaution. This will also help ensure the quality of tenants moving forward. With lots of worry on tenants ability or willingness to pay rent at this time, its even more important to get a right fit for your investments.
