Happy new year everyone To ring in a new year I'm offering free Generation Pound all month long Each Friday at 5pm PST in January we'll join on Zoom, have a chat and have some fun Pounding Stix together. No Stix? No problem! There are MANY creative alternatives... Wooden spoons, chopsticks, spatulas, drumsticks, bamboo sticks, (unsharpened) pencils, rulers... All you need to do is register for the dates that your child wants to participate in and access the classes on Zoom. Next Friday I'm hosting the first kids class since February! It'll be just a little different this time since it's online rather than in person but a Rockout Workout none the less, geared particularly for kids ages 6-12 All they'll need is an improvised pair of sticks (wooden spoons, spatulas, chopsticks, drumsticks, get creative ) and a connection to Zoom. A friend of mine who is also an occupational therapist made an obstacle course for her neighborhood, and I thought it was a great idea! So here you go! Stop on ...by for some gross motor fun!
