A few lasting memories of the Good Ol’ Days (pre-covid). Training and coaching at CAR LA LOMA in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. Over 300 Athletes and coaches representing more than 20 countries in attendance. A very humbling experience and met many new best friends on these journeys - hopefully in future we can do this again

Throwback from the 2013 World Police and Fire Games - Belfast, Northern Ireland (August 7). Celebrating at the Athletes village with the event coordinator and soon to become best buddy from across the pond. Brought home the Gold medal in men’s heavy weight class defeating Brazil in golden point round in semis, and then a 7-6 victory over the Norwegian player in the finals. France and Spain players were also in this division. Great competition and camaraderie. Coach Jordan was in my corner and kept me in check during these tight matches - thanks Pal Ps - the fracture didn’t stop me from holding my HARP .
