I would like to say what a wonderful experience I have had with Mike doing the cabinet installation and LiShell doing design. With regards to Mike, both times he has come to my house, he has been courteous, respectful, and had a great attitude. Today, there were multiple issues with my electronics fitting in the cabinet. He worked with me and the designer to come up with creative solutions that were the least intrusive for me. He went above and beyond what was required of him. For example to make the cords trimmer so the electronics fit, he suggested 90 degree connectors that would give us more room and protect the cords. He even showed me where to buy them and how much they cost so I could make an informed decision. He never complained despite how much work was required. He also helped me weigh the pros and cons of each decision so I could figure out what was best for me. He also helped me re-install all the electronics we had to unplug as I was completely overwhelmed. There have been several challenges getting the cabinet to work for me the way I was hoping it would. Despite all the hassles, I have no complaints. Both Mike and LiShell have worked with me and it was clear, that my happiness was important to both and they would work with me collaboratively to get things right.
