Hello again from Mr Garlics Garden. This year we have some amazing garlic for sale, all organically grown We have some Red Russian garlic which stores for about 6-8 months and is milder in flavour with thick skin which makes it easier for pealing. We also have some Metechi garlic. It stores up to 8-9 months, has a fairly thick wrapper and skin for easy pealing aswell and has a strong flavour.... Another variety we grow is Bogatyr garlic which stores up to 10 months because of its thicker wrapper and skin which also makes for easy pealing. The flavour is hot and spicy and tones down when cooked. And finally we have some Yugoslavian garlic. This flavourful garlic stores for 10 plus months and is the hottest in flavour of the four kinds we have. It holds its heat when cooked and is by far one of our favourite kinds. This too, has a thick wrapper and skin for easy pealing. Our garlic is not certified organic but we don’t use any chemicals of any kind.
