Gentle Yoga and iRest Yoga Nidra Thursday's from 7:00 - 8:00 PM. The practice is suitable from everyone, from the Newbie to the experienced Yogi. I will be o...ffering this practice weekly until Dec 17, 2020. Bring your favourite blanket and pillow to relax into a guided practice that will assist you in releasing the stress and anxiety of the situation that is going on around us. The class is by donation with the proceeds going to the Food Bank. If you are unable to donate at this time please still join me and pay it forward when you can.
