#topnine Not normally what you would see in our top 9 but due to Covid, we didn’t play nearly as much as we are used to. Doesn’t look like 2021 will have us playing anytime soon. Covid restrictions and lockdowns makes it difficult for us to even jam, rehearse, and learn new material. But, we are making the best of it like everyone else. Here is to hoping for some normalcy by the second half of 2021. In the mean time, let us know what songs we should learn/cover for the new year. When playing a wedding, cues, signals, eye contact and being able to change up on the fly is so important. When learning custom songs for recessionals, there is a really good chance you won’t be playing the full song. You won’t see much of it in this video, but before the video pans on us, we are already giving each other signals that we won’t be playing the full song and to cut it off at a point that won’t be too noticeable. Weddings always equal tons of pressure but we love performing and being apart of a couples big day.
