Day two framing this garage went well. Spirits were high and lots of laughs even in this heat. Luckily the site super found himself a shady spot for his chair to give direction from. Can’t complain, he also ran the grill for us. @ Mount Pleasant East

New bathroom and stylized master closet

When the mechanical room looks this good we don’t want to even put doors on it. Thanks to boys from @stott_hvac_systems for staying late last night to get this beauty up and running.

Nice end to an extremely long week. Framing passed, plumbing passed, electrical passed and roofers are finally able to give us some reprieve from the constant tarping. Ready for a little long weekend R&R. @ Bloor West Village

When the floors are getting refinished and you’re faced with a piano and giant table...stage them where the new kitchen peninsula will go. Next order of business -@ram_board everywhere to protect that finish.

Basement renovation creating an entertainment space as well as converting a storage closet into part of an in-law suite. Living room TV wall with niche for sound bar and floating cabinets to hide the electronics. Under cabinet LED lighting.
