So I've done some pretty Major window washing lately . These aren't all my jobs lately, just the ones I remembered to take pictures of. I was out at Ness Lake cleaning windows for fantastic client of mine. It was so peaceful out there except for these kids paddling their boat around having fun. I felt bad for this one boy who was out there, he was yelling, "CAN I GET A HIYA!", he yelled it at least 5 times...but none of his friends would give him a 'HIYA'. I kinda chuckled to myself because if my son was there he would have been all over it . So I don't know what's going on, but I've been burned twice in the last 2 weeks by little elderly ladies... The latest one was today. I was working fast to try and beat the rain. As I started on the inside of the building, this sweet little lady says "You're done the outside already?!". I replied, "Yes, I work fast and I'm trying to beat the rain...". She kinda chuckles to herself and replies, "Oh of course, because you're made of sugar and you're gonna melt"... The Lady of the house told that she was on the phone with her friend when I finished the glass railing and she was bragging to her friend about how clear her glass was now. My customers continue to absolutely spoil me! So these two fantastic people called me for a quote and I brought 2 of my kids with me to get them out of the house and go for a truck ride. So we show up and I told the kids to stay in the truck and these two wonderful home owners weren't having that! "Hey do you guys wanna come pet the goats?..Come see the baby horse!...Do you kids want some ice cream?!" Seriously made their day and that was just the quote. Nothing but hospitable and brought us ice caps when we did the job! Seriously when I work for people like this, it doesn't feel like a job. So a friend of mine asked me to do some cleaning and garbage removal at his rental. So we cleaned the gutters and power washed the siding and of course cleaned the windows. While I was cleaning the windows in the back I could hear a girl singing the tune from lion king when they were presenting Simba to the rest of the animals. She kept on singing this one part over and over and at first it was getting annoying to listen to but then I just pretended that she was singing for m...e after everytime I finished a window...it made me much happier! Then of course I needed to take the garbage to the dump and I missed it by literally 3 minutes so I had to go Saturday morning and those are pictures of the lineup at 8:15 am . A happy return client for me today! These wonderful people called me up in a bit of a panic the other day!
