MRG Racing Canada 20.05.2021

Well it seems that 2020 doesn’t get an easier. This weekend we had planned to be onsite Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Otterville for the race weekend. It’s a last minute decision and I know it will likely affect a number of racers at the track and for that I am truly sorry. Due to the number of people who are attending I have made the very difficult decision to not attend. This is a personal choice and not one that came easy but I feel it’s best for me and my family and those who I come into contact with. Shout out to John and all those that operate tracks for us to enjoy for all you do. To those who are attending.... keep it rubber side down, a smile on your face and have a blast.

MRT Transponders back in stock!! Although this order didn't take the COVID-19 long time to get here they still seem to be in high demand. I have 2 set aside as requested. I know several others have asked when they will arrive so don't wait to long and miss this batch. You can purchase online https://mrgracing.ca/products/mrt-mptx-transponder... OR Get them this weekend Saturday August 29 at the Barnyard or Line 29 Sunday the 30th.

Well they took a COVID-19 long time to get here but MRT transponders are back in stock. A few have prepaid, a couple have requested them to be held. Please message me to ensure I don’t miss anyone who was waiting.

Good day Friends and Racers I hope everyone is well. Now that we have hit Stage 3 in most of Ontario tracks are starting to open up for practice and starting to hold races. For many of you that know me you are aware that I have been laying pretty low. I am now starting to venture out and will be attending Barnyard and Otterville for now. In the future depending on how things progress, my comfort level and schedule SPARC and DORC are in my sites as well. As always I have a t...railer full of what you need trackside, if you don't see it ask and I will see about getting it in for you. I am rolling along with a little bit bigger store these days its all stocked up and new and shiny :-) As always I accept Cash or EMT for payments with EMT preferred at this time. PayPal is an option but comes with an additional 4% cost. For all of our safety at this time I am asking that unless I invite you into the trailer that you remain outside. I realize that this is likely to hinder the shopping experience and for that I apologize but in order to keep myself, and all of our families and friends safe as well as abide by COVID rules for distancing and occupancy in a business setting it is necessary. I have attached a few pics of the new store for you to peruse and see if you can find something you are needing/wanting. Well honestly to show it off too :-) Let's get out and have some fun and see and talk to our RC friends we have been away from!

Cancer... and RC... what do they have in common? Well 1 race a season that MRG Racing Canada and myself attend is the Annual Brian DeCaire Memorial Race. We attend to have fun competing at an event that all proceeds raised (every penny) goes directly to the Canadian Cancer Society. Many companies and racers donate prizes to be raffled off to increase the donation total. The 1st year I attended was after losing my father in law to Cancer. Each year I have donated generousl...y along with many others to kick cancers ASS. Although we have raised funds we clearly haven't stopped it from affecting each one of us. I have always raced with those in mind who I have lost to this shitty disease. This year I will be racing with thoughts to 2 fellow racers who I count as friends who are battling Cancer. Rob Rambo Rombout and Martin Crisp I wish you both positive thoughts best wishes , strength and prayers to beat it! See all my fellow racers at SPARC. Please remember we are there not only to have fun with friends and to compete but to raise funds to kick cancers ASS !! #F*ckcancer #kickcancersass #candiancancersociety
