This may mean longer wait times outside if customers are checking and buying lotto. ... * We ask that you check all your tickets on the self scanner as our staff will only be accepting winning tickets or tickets that you wish to replay. * Customers will not be allowed to choose their own scratch tickets. This is not only to keep our staff safe, but is also mandated. * Please make sure you are standing BEHIND the sneeze guard, NOT beside the counter.
