Orange Shirt Day is tomorrow! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E3vUqr01kAk
Hey Monarchs! MRHS has partnered with Champion clothing for some special school apparel. We currently have three different items in stock and they are on display down by the new gym entrance. To purchase either a t-shirt or a hoodie you have to email Mr Connell ([email protected]) with what color and size you would like. ... Unfortunately, due to Covid we cannot allow things to be tried on. Sizes run very close to our regular clothing. Items will be ready to be picked up this Wednesday. Payment is either cash or a cheque made out to MRHS. Quantities are limited at this time! Navy hoodie $40.00 each Navy or grey t shirt $20.00 each
Pink shirt day is a day that represents standing up and speaking out against bullying as well as to promote safer and more inclusive schools. This day was originally created in 2007 when two Canadian (Central Kings) students took a stand against a bully after a new grade 9 student was harassed for wearing pink. Tomorrow, please wear pink to school to show your support! We have a few shirts you can use as a pin if you can’t find any pink to wear and want to show your support. They’ll be at the various breakfast carts in the school tomorrow morning.
The staff can't wait to see you tomorrow! Welcome back, Monarchs! https://youtu.be/uVekTtiyw1w

Middleton Regional High School Graduates of 2020, We are so proud of all of your accomplishments, whether you’ve been with us for seven years or joined our MRHS family along the way. During your time with us, you have achieved many things: You have conquered quadratics, brightened our events with your musical talents, mastered everything from the beep test to basketball...and found your balance, too! You have memorized pages of poetry and performed Shakespeare, conjugué des... centaines de verbes, and widened your perspective beyond your local community. You have survived outcomes, labs, and dissections, made the world your stage, and taught us about new technologies. Impressively, you have excelled beyond academic pursuits. Your commitment to extracurricular activities is what truly makes MRHS a family. Through these activities, you have learned the importance of: Teamwork, humility, perseverance, authentic leadership, and diversity. You have learned to win and lose with dignity. You have learned that failure can be an opportunity for growth. You have represented us with professionalism and positively impacted our school community. Above all, you have become well-rounded individuals, ready for whatever the next stage may be. We recognize that you have had to balance an incredible amount of priorities in order to succeed. We want to thank you for: Coaching and mentoring our youth, being there for friends and family, carrying on traditions through farming, fishing, and forestry, advocating for justice and sustainability, contributing to local businesses through part-time work, and volunteering your time. We realize that this is not the Grad celebration that you imagined, however, in the face of adversity you have overcome and adapted. Your time at MRHS is not over. As a member of the Graduating Class of 2020, you are forever a part of the Monarch family. Whether your next steps take you near or far, know that you are always welcome home. We are looking forward to the next chapter of your lives. Congratulations MRHS Grads of 2020! https://youtu.be/WP977-AyZx4
Congratulations to everyone! https://youtu.be/LMZj5Lzn6iU
This year we’re all learning how to pay tribute to each other from afar because of COVID-19 and with public health social distancing orders in place. This has a...ll been especially hard on 2020 graduates. Most traditional graduation ceremonies aren’t happening this year, but it doesn’t mean the grads’ hard work shouldn’t be given the recognition it deserves and a 6ft-distance high five. As of last week the MRHS grads received these flags/banners and will place them on their lawns or in their windows. Because, as a community member, we cannot attend graduation this year, this offers a way for us to recognize their achievements in a different way. If you see one, feel free to drop off a note of encouragement for them or recognize them in some way. Let’s show them how proud we are of their hard work! #middletonstrong
