[ New dish ] Bún Ch Cá Nc We would like to introduce a new member of our noodle soup family : Vietnamese Fish Cake noodle soup. The dish is enjoyed by people in all three regions of Vietnam. The broth is made with pork bones, dried shrimp, dried Sa Sung aka peanut worm and vegetables. Bun Cha Ca is served with a generous amount of fresh dill and doc mung.
