Our Sussex, N.B. bakery is looking to hire two Full Time Day Operators. We are a 24-hour operation in need of employees who have the flexibility to work shifts including weekends and early mornings. We need dependable workers capable of working on their feet for 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts. We have high standards of product quality therefore require persons who take pride in their work and tend to pay attention to detail. Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work well alone and with others Has time management skills and follow directions well Able to produce consistent work Pays attention to detail with accuracy when dealing with weights and measurements Dependable, punctual Ability to learn quickly and problem solve Ability to work in a fast paced environment Highly motivated and team oriented Works in a safe and responsible manner Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures as well as Health and Safety rules and regulations Other duties as assigned Food operations or bakery experience would be considered an asset, but we are willing to train.
